1) Take the LIE headed East to Exit 53. Stay to the left on the Service Road for about 1/2 to 1 mile.
2) You'll pass the signs for Crooked Hill/Wicks Road
3) There will be a sign for Washington Avenue to your right of the Service Road. Follow the sign for Washington Avenue. At the traffic light of Washington Avenue, turn left onto Washington Ave.
4) At the end of Washington Avenue, turn right onto Motor Parkway.
5) LI Dance Fitness is located in a strip mall diagonally across from Wendy's and near a motel.
